You will need a web host in order to do so.. this may be for free depending on the site for a limited space or for a fee for a much bigger space and at the same time a premium service provided in maintenance of the site. Of course what you will need to have when you sign up for such is an initial website design plan in order to know how much space you will need to do so and what will be cost, etc.
In finding out which sites you can make use as a host, there are actually a lot out there like cpanelhosting, addora, 1&1 and so many more. However, by my reviews and research, I came upon a good 1&1 review where it seems the reviewer and I matched up in terms of our preference in hosting and from that point on, I was quite biased in using 1&1 as a hosting site.
